All Propain frames come with a two-year statutory warranty. We also offer a voluntary guarantee for the first owner. For aluminium frames it is three years including the statutory warranty, for carbon frames it is a total of five years including the statutory warranty.
The starting point for the guarantee is the delivery date.
The warranty covers all Propain frames and excludes damage caused by crashes and damage to storage and the paintwork or anodisation.

Within the statutory period, Propain will cover the costs of transport and conversion in the event of a warranty claim. If the frame replacement takes place outside the statutory period, the customer must bear the costs for shipping and conversion.
