Blend Alloy is Propain's special manufacturing process for aluminum frames. The frame consists of at least three different aluminum alloys, each used where their specific properties are most needed:

• 7075 T6 Aluminum: Used in swing arms and axles – very high strength
• 6066 T6 Aluminum: Used in the frame tubes – fatigue resistant
• 6061 T6 Aluminum: Used in machined and forged parts

This interplay of alloys creates the optimum balance between stiffness, strength, and weight.
