Currently, we cannot directly display the pickup at the service partner in the webshop. However, we are working on it to simplify the process.
To order your bike and pick it up at the service partner, please follow these steps:
- Configure your bike and add it to the cart
- In the next step, add the comment "Get.Set.Up at Service Partner ___ (insert the name of the service partner here)" in the order notes
- Select the shipping option as the delivery condition (shipping costs will be calculated) and provide the service partner's address as the delivery address
- Choose "Prepayment" as the payment condition
- Complete your order
Once your order has been received by us, we will manually adjust it and send you an order confirmation with a payment request. Please note that for pickup at the service partner, both the shipping costs (shipping costs may vary) and the PROPAIN GET.SET.UP fee of €89.90 must be paid. After that, you will not have to pay anything more when picking up at the service partner.
