Your bike goes through several stages in our production: your bike is picked, moves from frame assembly to assembly, undergoes quality control, and is then ready for pickup or shipping. Unfortunately, due to the ERP transition, it is currently not possible to keep you updated on the production progress in real-time via email.

Upon shipping, the shipment data is automatically sent via email. Please note that the status of your order in your account overview on our website does not update automatically.
