It's no problem to pick up your bike from us! However, your order will be issued with the German VAT. When you pick it up at our headquarters, you will receive an invoice and an export form from Global Blue, which you must present at customs. Afterwards, you can submit the customs-verified form to  Global Blue to get your VAT refunded.
