As soon as your bike is assembled and has passed the final quality check, you will receive an email from us immediately. You can then simply let us know your preferred appointment through the booking system - the link to it can be found in the email. We kindly ask you to inform us of your preferred appointment within 14 days of receiving the email.

During your appointment at our headquarters, we will be happy to provide you with detailed advice about your bike, go through all the settings and details with you, and make the final adjustments in a setup so that you can hit the ground running with your new bike. Over a coffee, you will have the opportunity to ask us any further questions.
