Once your payment has been received and your order has been approved, your bike will enter the production preparation phase. From this point on, only neutral changes are possible – for example, the selection of decals. The chosen components, equipment, and special requests cannot be changed thereafter.

Before triggering the payment, double-check all items in your order – components, equipment, and any special requests. By making your payment, you confirm that your order is correct and complete.

What is a neutral change?
This refers to adjustments that do not affect the price, structure, or delivery time – such as a different decal variant. If you wish to make such a change, it’s best to contact us as early as possible.

And everything else?
Whether a further change can still be implemented on a case-by-case basis, we will gladly check – however, this is not guaranteed. If it can be realized, any additional costs, a possible extension of the delivery time, and the extra processing effort will be at your expense.
