You can easily redeem your voucher code during your order in the shopping cart. If you forgot to apply the voucher code when placing your order, unfortunately, we cannot apply it retroactively to the existing order.

To redeem your voucher afterwards, the existing order must be cancelled and a new order with the voucher code created.

Please note that your voucher code cannot be applied to already discounted items.
