Of course we want to get you on your new bike as quickly as possible. 

As soon as your bike is set up and has passed the final quality check, you will receive an email from us . You then simply tell us your preferred date via the booking system - you will find the link in the email. We ask you to inform us of your preferred date within 14 days of receiving the e-mail.

At your appointment at our headquarters, we will be happy to advise you in detail about your bike, go through all the settings and details with you and put the finishing touches to a setup for you so that you can get started with your new bike straight away. Over a coffee, you have the opportunity to ask us any further questions.
