It is no problem to collect your bike from us! However, your order will be subject to German VAT. When you collect your bike from our headquarters in Vogt, Germany, you will receive an invoice and an export form which you must present to customs. You can then submit the form, which has been verified by customs to us and we will refund the German VAT.
