    What do I need to consider when placing an order?

    Businessbike is only available for customers with a German residence. Please check if the accessories you want are eligible for leasing. You can find an overview of leasing-eligible accessories here. Also, please fill out the order form carefully so that we have all the information we need to create the offer.

     
     

     

    How does the ordering process work?

    Configure your dream bike in our webshop and select Businessbike as your payment method. After we receive your order, our staff will review it, and then we will create an offer for you in the BusinessBike portal.

     
     

     

    My employer has set a specific budget, but my bike configuration exceeds this. Is it possible to pay part separately or purchase a voucher?

    No, unfortunately this is not possible.

     
     

     

    What happens after I have created the offer in the BusinessBike portal?

    Once your offer has been confirmed by your employer and by BusinessBike, we will receive the leasing approval from BusinessBike. If you have a Quickstart, you can accept the offer directly without needing your employer's approval. We will then send you an email confirming the leasing approval and inform you of the expected shipping date.

     
     

     

    What is a Quickstart?

    With Quickstart, an employee can get their new BusinessBike even faster. Employers approve their employees' requests in the portal before their visit to the specialist retailer. Additionally, the conventional transmission of the signed leasing contract is eliminated. This process is then completed with just a few clicks directly in the portal.

     
     

     

    Can I make changes after placing the order?

    Changes are only possible if they are value-neutral. For changes that would lead to a change in the purchase price, you must cancel your current order and place a new one, as we would then need to initiate a new process with BusinessBike.

     
     

     

    How is the leasing activated?

    After your dream bike is produced, we will note in the BusinessBike portal that we have shipped it. You will then receive an email from BusinessBike with the handover PIN. Please share this with us. After the handover and billing, your leasing will start on the 1st of the following month.

     
     

     

    My bike has been sent to me, but I have not yet received a handover PIN. What should I do?
