We do not have a discount code. The reason is that discount codes are used to gather information about the bike. However, since each Propain bike is individually configured, this is not possible. You can proceed with creating the offer without a discount code and manually enter the information about the bike.

No, unfortunately that is not possible.

As soon as your offer is confirmed by your employer and JobRad, we will receive the leasing approval from JobRad. We will then send you an email confirming the leasing approval and informing you of the expected shipping date.

Changes are only possible if they are value-neutral. For changes that would result in a change in the purchase price, you must cancel your current order and place a new one, as we would then need to initiate a new process with JobRad.

When shipped: after the production of your dream bike, we will indicate in the JobRad portal that it is ready for handover and will ship it to you. After receipt, you can confirm the receipt or takeover of the bike in the JobRad portal. The order will then be settled by us, and your leasing will start on the 1st of the following month.

Your annual check: in 4 steps to a safe bike

1. Book an inspection - When signing the JobRad contract, you select the JobRad Inspection option.
2. Schedule an appointment - Once a year, it's time to check everything. Using the dealer search, you can find a JobRad specialist dealer near you and schedule an appointment. To identify yourself as a JobRadler, please provide your service ID, which you received from JobRad via email.
3. The inspection - The specialist dealer will thoroughly check your bike according to the JobRad inspection list. Any larger repairs and replacement parts will be billed separately.
4. Pick up the inspected bike - After the check, your specialist dealer will notify you via email. In the store, please provide the pickup code you received with the notification.

How? At JobRad, through salary conversion, a part of the employee's salary claim is converted into a non-cash benefit. This reduces the taxable income for both the employee and the employer. The resulting monetary benefit is subject to tax by the employee – but since 2020, only at 0.25% of the gross list price.

The individual leasing contract is concluded for the agreed duration of 36 months between the employer as the lessee and the lessor. The duration of the individual leasing contract begins after the takeover of the JobRad with the first day of the following month.
