In the case of a recognized warranty or guarantee claim, you will incur no costs for the affected product itself. The decision regarding repair or replacement lies with the manufacturer.
Please note, however:
- Transport, assembly, and subsequent costs are excluded from the warranty and may be incurred by you.
- Costs related to warranty processing outside the country of purchase may also arise.
- In the event of damage not covered by the warranty (e.g., accident, fall), a discounted replacement may be offered under a goodwill program (CRP) – without any legal entitlement.
