All Propain frames come with a statutory warranty of two years.

Additionally, we offer a voluntary warranty for the first owner. For aluminum frames, this is three years including the statutory warranty, while for carbon frames, it totals five years including the statutory warranty.

The warranty period starts from the date of invoice.

The warranty covers all Propain frames from the model year 2016 onwards.

Excluded from the voluntary warranty are, among others:

• Paintwork, anodizing, and decorations

• Bearings and bearing housings

• Wear parts

• Lubricants

• Shock absorbers and dampers

• Wheelsets

• Brake and shifting components

A warranty claim exists only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The product was purchased new from PROPAIN or an authorized dealer

• You are the first purchaser of the product

• The product was used as intended

• A copy of the original purchase receipt is available

• The damage occurred within the respective warranty period

The warranty is non-transferable and becomes void if the product is resold.

The statutory warranty remains unaffected by these conditions. Additionally, the extended warranty and liability provisions regulated in our General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply.

Manufacturer's warranty: If a frame replacement occurs outside the statutory period, the customer must bear the costs for shipping and assembly.
