Bikes or small items are held by DHL for 7 working days after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt. During this time, you can request a second delivery attempt for your package or pick it up at the designated post office.
DHL Freight makes three delivery attempts before the bike is returned to us.
If you have set a drop-off location for your shipments, the package will be left there for you. Please refer to the shipping provider's regulations: Drop-off location.
In the UK, our shipping partner Chiltern Air Freight coordinates the delivery of the bike with you during customs clearance so that no further delivery attempts will be necessary.
