The packaging (including our protected bike box) is already included in the stated shipping price – there are no hidden packaging costs.
If you cannot find your country on this list, unfortunately, we cannot currently ship bikes to you. However, you can hire a freight forwarder to pick up the bike from us.
Good to know:
- If you pick up your bike in our showroom, shipping costs are completely waived. However, a Get.Set.Up fee will apply. This varies by bike.
- When delivering to non-EU countries, additional customs and import VAT may apply – these are to be borne by the purchaser. You can find details in the article “What do I need to consider when ordering from a non-EU country?".
- The current amounts are also available in the Shipping & Delivery Overview and will be displayed to you before completing the order in the configurator.
