Where and how can I check the status of my order?

    Currently, it is unfortunately not possible to view the status of your order in real-time. We are already working on providing you with more detailed information about the progress of your order in the future.

    This is how we inform you about your order

    Immediately after your order
    You will receive an order confirmation via email.

    After payment is received
    You will receive a payment confirmation (it may take up to 5 days) along with the estimated availability date.

    Shortly before shipping

    You will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking from the shipping service provider as well as your invoice.

    If you selected PP GET SET UP (Pickup), you will instead receive an email requesting you to schedule a pickup appointment for your bike through our booking system.

    Between the order confirmation and the shipping confirmation, your bike is in planning, production, and final assembly. A real-time status display is currently not available. The mentioned emails will reliably accompany you throughout the entire ordering process.

    Before you inquire about the status of your order

    Please first check the following points:

    • Is the estimated availability or delivery date from your payment confirmation still in the future? Then your order is proceeding as planned.

    • Please also check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find any of our emails.

    Should there be any delays

    Even though we carefully plan our delivery dates, changes may occur in individual cases. The specified delivery dates are therefore generally estimated dates and are based on the current planning and production status at the time of your order.

    If there is a delay, we will of course proactively inform you:

    • Delays of up to 7 days will be automatically communicated to you via a standardized notification from our ERP system.

    • Delays of more than 7 days will be communicated personally. Our Customer Success Team will transparently inform you about the reason for the delay, provide you with the updated delivery date, and discuss possible alternatives with you if necessary. This may be useful, for example, if a single component unexpectedly has a significantly longer delivery time than originally planned.

    Our goal is to keep you transparently informed throughout the entire ordering process.
