At the moment, we are not yet able to offer collection from a service partner directly via the webshop. However, we are currently working on this to simplify the process.
To order your bike and collect it from a service partner, please proceed as follows:
- Configure your bike and add it to the shopping cart
- In the next step, add the comment “Get.Set.Up at service partner ___” (please enter the name of the service partner) in the order notes
- Select the shipping option as the delivery method (shipping costs will be charged) and enter the service partner’s address as the delivery address
- Select “Prepayment” as the payment method
- Complete your order
Once your order has been received, we will manually adjust it and send you an order confirmation with a payment request. Please note that when collecting your bike from a service partner, both the shipping costs (which may vary) and the PROPAIN GET.SET.UP fee of 89.90€ are payable. In return, you will not have to pay anything further when collecting the bike from the service partner.
