How do I get updates regarding the production status of my order?

    Your bike goes through several stations in our production: First your bike is ordered, then the frame is assembled, next it undergoes a quality control and lastly it is ready to be picked up or shipped. Unfortunately, due to the ERP changeover, it is currently not possible to keep you informed about the production progress in real time via e-mail. 

    If you are resident in Germany, you will automatically receive the shipment details by e-mail when the order is dispatched. Please note that the status of your order is not automatically updated in your account overview on our website.

    Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to send the shipment details automatically by e-mail if you live outside Germany. We are currently working on expanding the interface so that we will soon be able to inform all customers equally about the shipment.
