Where and how can I check the status of my order?

    Unfortunately, it's not currently possible to view the real-time status of your order. We're already working on providing you with more detailed information about your order's progress in the future.

    This is how we will inform you about your order

    Immediately after your order
    You will receive an order confirmation via email.

    After payment is received
    You will receive a payment confirmation with the expected delivery date.

    Shortly before shipping

    You will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information from the shipping provider, as well as your invoice.

    If you have selected PP GET SET UP (collection) , you will instead receive an email asking you to arrange a time to collect your bike via our booking system.

    Between order confirmation and shipping confirmation, your bike is in the planning, production, and final assembly phase. A real-time status indicator is not yet available. The emails mentioned above will reliably guide you through the entire ordering process.

    Before you inquire about the status of your order

    Please check the following points first:

    • If the estimated availability or delivery date shown in your payment confirmation is still in the future, then your order is proceeding as planned.

    • Please also check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find one of our emails.

    Should there be any delays

    Even though we carefully plan our delivery dates, changes may occur in individual cases. Therefore, the stated delivery dates are generally estimated and based on the planning and production status at the time of your order.

    Should there be a delay, we will of course inform you proactively:

    • We will automatically inform you of delays of up to 7 days via a standardized notification from our ERP system.

    • We will personally communicate any delays exceeding 7 days . Our Customer Success Team will provide you with transparent information about the reason for the delay, give you the updated delivery date, and discuss possible alternatives with you if needed. This can be helpful, for example, if a single component unexpectedly has a significantly longer delivery time than originally planned.

    Our goal is to keep you transparently informed throughout the entire ordering process.
