Blend Carbon is Propain's special carbon manufacturing process. Instead of using just a single carbon material, various pre-impregnated (prepreg) carbon layers are combined – each with specific tasks at certain points of the frame. Based on requirements for stiffness, flexibility, impact resistance, weight, and stress direction, different fibers and fabrics are utilized. Propain uses carbon fibers similar to those processed in the latest generation of aircraft components.
