My bike was not delivered on the scheduled date – what can I do?

    As soon as we hand over your bike to DHL, the further processing and delivery date are solely in DHL's hands. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this – and we see no more than you regarding the shipment tracking.

    Your package isn't arriving on the promised day?
    It's best to contact DHL directly with your tracking number. The DHL customer service has the most up-to-date information and can offer you, for example, a redelivery or a pickup at the store.

    The shipment seems to be lost?
    Unfortunately, we can only initiate a search request two weeks after your order is lost. If there has been no change in the status of your bike for two weeks, please contact us via the ticket – we will then start the investigation immediately.
