All Propain frames are subject to a statutory warranty of two years.

In addition, we offer a voluntary manufacturer’s guarantee for the original owner. For aluminum frames, this is three years including the statutory warranty; for carbon frames, it is a total of five years including the statutory warranty.

The guarantee period begins on the invoice date.

The guarantee applies to all Propain frames from model year 2016 onwards.

The voluntary guarantee excludes, among other things:

• Paintwork, anodizing, and decals

• Bearings and bearing mounts

• Wear parts

• Lubricants

• Suspension forks and shocks

• Wheelsets

• Brake and drivetrain components

A guarantee claim exists only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The product was purchased new from PROPAIN or an authorized distributor

• You are the original owner of the product

• The product was used as intended

• A copy of the original proof of purchase is available

• The damage occurred within the respective guarantee period

The guarantee is non-transferable and expires if the product is resold.

The statutory warranty remains completely unaffected by these conditions. In addition, the extended guarantee and liability provisions set out in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply.

Manufacturer’s guarantee:
If a frame replacement takes place outside the statutory warranty period, the costs for shipping and reassembly must be borne by the customer.
