What costs will I incur in the event of a warranty or guarantee claim?

    In the case of a recognized warranty or guarantee claim, you will not incur any costs for the affected product itself. The decision whether to repair or replace the product lies with the manufacturer.

    Please note, however:

    • Transport, installation, and consequential costs are excluded from the warranty and may be incurred by you

    • Additional costs may also arise in connection with warranty processing outside the country of purchase

    • For damage outside the scope of the warranty (e.g. accident or crash damage), a discounted replacement may be offered under a crash replacement program (CRP) – without any legal entitlement
